CLASS 800 010 PADDINGTON BEAR GWR 5 CAR TRAIN (DCC-SOUND)

A number of the GWR Class 800s have been named since they entered service, all named after famous people who have strong connections to the places the company serves. The first named was unit 800004 on 30th June 2016 and was named after Isambard Kingdom Brunel and Sir Daniel Gooch. The second, 800003, was named after Queen Elizabeth II and Queen Victoria, and this was followed by 800010 which was named after Paddington Bear and his creator Michael Bond.

MODEL

1:148 Scale model of a Class 800 Electric Multi-Unit decorated in Modern GWR livery. This model features lots of expertly applied details as based on the prototype, a high level of body detail and excellent running characteristics.

This model also features a special "Paddington Bear" livery including names, pictures and markings on the drivers cab door.

- Around 2018, the 800 010 formation with a wrapping specification with "Paddington Bear" illustrations on the passenger doors of various parts of the car body will be commercialized on a 1/148 scale.
- Reproduces a car body with a streamlined shape, but with narrowed end sections in consideration of architectural limits.
- Realistic reproduction of the rooftop structure equipped with mechanical equipment
- Beautifully reproduces the names "Paddington Bear" and "Michael Bond" on the sides of both leading vehicles, as well as illustrations on various parts of the vehicle.
- Beautifully reproduces the corporate color moss green car body. The orange pinstripe warning of overhead wires seen on the windows of British railway cars is also beautifully reproduced.
- Reproduce the difference in the presence or absence of white lines around the headlights of car No. E, which is different from the existing product 800 021 formation, and the presence or absence of markings for cars B, D, and E.
- The side display section is expressed in black. The door switch and emergency door release device on the side of each door are expressed in print.
